B3 Media helps artists, writers, filmmakers and storytellers from underrepresented groups break into the UK digital arts, promoting genre-bending, mould-breaking work. 

My role

Refresh the visual identity of an award-winning cutting edge organisation that supports Britain’s multicultural creative talent working in theatre, film, visual arts, digital art, literature and music.

A bold visual identity to express diversity, creativity and community in UK digital culture.

I visually translated B3’s vision of a collaborative and inspiring platform for creatives in the digital age. To make the brand identity bolder and more instantly recognizable, I designed landmarks to be used across the organisation’s communication – the mosaic of pixels representing digital culture and multiculturalism, and an iconography symbolizing values such as mentoring, networking, creativity and community.

The new identity was applied to B3’s communication from its website to activity reports, newsletters, videos and events.

B3 Media’s new look and feel resonated with the UK creative community, funders and partners.
