B3 Media is an award-winning UK organisation that supports artists, filmmakers, writers and storytellers, championing genre-bending work in theatre, film, visual arts, digital art and music.
B3 Media’s existing visual identity lacked the cultural resonance needed to reflect its position at the forefront of multicultural UK digital arts. They needed a refresh that felt instantly recognisable, digitally native, and expressive of its community values.
Approach: I developed two signature brand landmarks that would work as visual shorthand across all communications: a mosaic of pixels representing digital culture and multiculturalism, and a bespoke iconography system symbolising mentoring, networking, creativity and community. The new identity was designed to flex across the full communications ecosystem — from the website to reports, newsletters, videos and events.
Outcome: the new identity was adopted across all of B3 Media’s communications and resonated strongly with the UK creative community, funders and partners. The Founder praised the work as producing “brilliant, elegant solutions” to complex creative problems.

B3 Media’s new look and feel resonated with the UK creative community, funders and partners.
“Eric is a motivated, forward-thinking creative as well as a savvy designer who has a lot of knowledge in his field. […] No matter how complex the problem is, he will always come up with brilliant, elegant solutions.”
